The change driven by ANIDA LATAM
from within your organization

September 3, 2023 - By Anida Latam

Staying relevant in the technology marketplace requires a combination of a company's organizational culture, talent and the ability to see opportunities inside and outside the box.

Anida Latam has existed for 23 years and was created as an IT service oriented company. Today it is a solid company that has been able to sustain itself and take advantage of opportunities by opening its borders and expanding into markets such as Peru, Colombia and North America.

"Anida Latam is one of the few IT companies that has remained current, solid and with a prestige in the market for more than 23 years, based on a very strong, cooperative and collaborative relationship of its three partners who actively participate every day with a clarity of their role and responsibility within the business."

Mario Martinez, Commercial Manager of Anida Latam

This work and organizational culture - which starts with its partners - is extended throughout the organization, where performance, quality and productivity systems are promoted that point towards innovation, from a workforce capable of adapting to changes, to the commitment to respond to the needs demanded by the market.

ANIDA LATAM: a new step in business

The change that drives ANIDA LATAM Mario Martinez

In the midst of a history marked by success and market positioning, today Anida Latam is taking a new step in the business. But why take a risk if the business works and is profitable?

"The success of a company is marked by its ability to innovate and adapt to changes, in order to strengthen the traditional core business and strategically transform its offer in the midst of a technological pace that demands fast actions," says Martinez, who joined the company four months ago to contribute his experience to Anida Latam's business.

"Today the company has the capabilities to move forward and my goal is to strengthen with concrete actions a coordinated growth, managed and with our feet firmly on the ground; where our knowledge in technology projects and managed services come to enhance coverage and marketshare in our existing customers,"

Mario Martinez, Commercial Manager of Anida Latam

Despite the global economic contraction, Martínez points out that companies need technologies and services to increase their capabilities and the demands of their own customers - to which the generation of digital natives is added - "our customers need a partner that accompanies them with efficient projects, adapted to their needs and with services capable of supporting them to innovate their platforms in a secure way".

Currently the company has a multidisciplinary team to enhance, on the one hand, managed services through the integration of technologies such as Hyperconverged Platforms, Cloud, Back Up and Recovery solutions, Cybersecurity, Networking and much more. Considering, in addition, the line of services with Anida People and Anida Express, which come to respond to immediate needs of talent and technological equipment, respectively.

On the other hand, they are committed to "developing efficient projects from their inception and not as many companies do today, which is to create new needs and higher costs with the promise of future efficiency," emphasizes Martínez.

In this way, Anida Latam is now focused on business growth, where they also have the model and maturity to increase partnerships and complement or integrate the solutions and services portfolio of other companies.
