Predictive alarm event monitoring. The Proactive Alarm Monitoring service consists of a group of operators dedicated to the ICMP monitoring of the customer's core Fixed Services. This group is oriented to customer satisfaction through proactive alarm event monitoring calls. Among its main activities are detecting, alerting, recording, validating, notifying and triggering the different management and derivation actions in order to provide a prompt solution to the alarm event.
