The study indicates that, in the next 4 years, the private cloud service in Latin America Southern Cone will grow by 14%, while the public cloud service, in the same period, will grow by 30%.

In this regard, another study conducted by the same IDC in February of this year, indicated that by 2023, private growth in Chile is expected to have a growth rate of around 29.7% for enterprise cloud services.

In relation to the public cloud, according to the study, in our country it has a broader aspect, reaching institutions of different sizes and sectors, which use it for simpler solutions, including logistics solutions, such as ERP or CRM, and which include Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

In the case of the private cloud in Chile, this is aimed at larger companies, which have a larger financial arm to make the investment.
